17th century usage of the term “Anabaptist”

February 10th, 2010 Posted in 17th Century, Baptist Life & Thought

What would be helpful I am realizing is a scholarly study of the term Anabaptist in the 17th century. It would be very helpful to know exactly how the term was viewed and used. Anyone game for this?

Sounds like a journal article in the making! If I wasn’t madly trying to finish my thesis, then I might take it on myself… Dr. Haykin, I should have chapter 4 on Fuller’s missiology done this weekend.

I’d love to. I just don’t know if I’m up for it. It would be an important work.
